Wayne P. Yetter Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Yetter joined Verispan in September 2005 and brings more than 30 years of experience and leadership in the pharmaceutical industry to his role as Verispan's CEO. Prior to joining Verispan, he served as President and CEO of Odyssey Pharmaceuticals, a unit of the global generics company Pliva d.d., supporting Pliva's strategy to exit the proprietary pharmaceutical business. From 2000 to 2003, he was Chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based SYNAVANT Inc., a global pioneer of pharmaceutical customer relationship management technology and services. SYNAVANT was acquired by Dendrite International in 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Yetter was Chief Operating Officer of IMS Health Inc., a global provider of information solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. While at IMS, he supported a strategic review that resulted in two divisions of the company being spun off to form SYNAVANT. From 1997 to 1999, Yetter was President and CEO of Novartis Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Yetter began his pharmaceutical industry career in 1970 as a sales representative for Pfizer and contributed in positions in market research and product management. He joined Merck & Co. in 1977 as a product manager and rose through a series of increasingly responsible positions, including Vice President, Marketing Operations, and Vice President, Far East/Pacific. In 1991, he was appointed to build a new joint venture pharmaceutical company as President/General Manager of the Astra Merck Division of Merck & Co.; he served as President and CEO of Astra Merck Inc. from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Yetter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology from Wilkes University and a Master's of Business Administration degree from Bryant University.
Peter J. Castagna Jr. Chief Operating Officer
Pete Castagna is the Chief Operating Officer for Verispan, LLC. He was named to that position when Verispan was founded in April 2002 and currently oversees the strategic management and direction of Verispan's operations, sales and product management. Prior to becoming Verispan's COO, Mr. Castagna served as President, Acute Care for McKesson Medical Surgical, a Richmond, Va.-based healthcare supply management company and business unit of McKesson Corporation. Prior to assuming that position in January 2001, he completed four years as Vice President, Acute Care Sales for McKesson Medical Surgical. Previous to the positions he held at McKesson, Mr. Castagna held several sales, marketing and general management positions with Stuart Medical and Owens & Minor. He also served on the executive board of the Health Industry Distributors Association in 2001 and 2002. Mr. Castagna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Montclair State University and a Master's in Business Administration in marketing from Seton Hall University.

Peter Bird is a Senior Vice President with Verispan. In this role he oversees the Strategic Planning, Marketing Sciences, Partnerships & Alliances, Data Management and Corporate Privacy functions. He also serves as Corporate Secretary. Prior to participating in the formation of Verispan, Mr. Bird was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Quintiles Informatics. Before joining Quintiles in 1999, Mr. Bird was the Director of Sales, Marketing and Product Management within Premier Inc.'s Healthcare Informatics unit. Mr. Bird graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with double majors in economics and management.
V. Scott Morris Senior Vice President
Scott Morris is Senior Vice President for Verispan, LLC, and is currently responsible for Partnerships and Alliances, Data Management, and Corporate Privacy. A company officer, Mr. Morris was also instrumental in the company's formation. Prior to assuming this role with Verispan, Mr. Morris performed various strategic functions for Quintiles Informatics, a division of Quintiles Transnational. Before joining Quintiles in 2000, he held the position of Vice President, Commercial Services, a business unit that he formed within Premier Inc.'s Healthcare Informatics unit. Prior to joining Premier, Mr. Morris was Director of Practice Development for First Consulting Group, where Premier was also a significant client. Mr. Morris began his career in healthcare at American Express Information Services Corporation's Health Systems Group, which later became First Data Corporation, HBOC and now McKesson Corporation.
Mr. Morris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University, with additional emphasis in computer science and math. In addition, he completed an Executive Leadership Program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill while at Quintiles Transnational. He has been involved with various healthcare and pharmaceutical industry groups, including the Health Information Management Systems Society, Drug Information Association and the National Association of Chain Drug Stores. Leiser Vice President, Client Solutions Brian Leiser is Vice President of Client Solutions for Verispan, where he has responsibility for overall services strategy, management and solution delivery. Prior to Verispan, Mr. Leiser served as Vice President in Product Strategy and Implementation Services for Medidata Solutions Worldwide, a pioneer in electronic data capture, management and reporting for clinical researchers. Mr. Leiser has also held healthcare and life sciences executive-level leadership positions in global services with Siebel Systems, as well as marketing services with IMS Health. Mr. Leiser started his career in business information consulting with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Christine M. Pingelli Vice President, Human Resources
Christine Pingelli is Verispan's Vice President, Human Resources. In this capacity she plays an integral role in leading the company's organizational development initiatives and enhancing HR systems and programs. She is focused on delivering high-quality HR services that build value and create competitive advantage for Verispan. Ms. Pingelli joined Verispan in January 2006 from Unisys Corporation after a distinguished career in HR management with a global focus on leadership. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Managing HR Business Partner of the Systems & Technology business. Prior to that assignment, she held a similar position with the company's Global Infrastructure Services business. In these two business unit assignments, Ms. Pingelli led the HR function, supporting more than 15,000 employees worldwide. As a member of the management team, she led global organizational assessment and design initiatives, created management development programs, and enabled the skills transformation of employees in an evolving business model. Ms. Pingelli also served as a member of the executive leadership council for Unisys HR. Ms. Pingelli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Boston University, and a Master of Arts degree in industrial psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. [Top of Page] Debora J. Alcott Vice President, Sales
Debbie Alcott is Vice President, Sales for Verispan, LLC and responsible for oversight of the Client Management Team, key client relationships, and achievement of corporate revenue goals. In this role, she oversees implementation of corporate and product strategic plans, client development, sales team development, contract administration and coordination of client management activities. Ms. Alcott has been with Verispan for 8 years, most recently as Vice President, Client Management, and was responsible for growth in a number of Verispan's major clients. Ms. Alcott has over 20 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience on both the corporate and vendor sides. She joined Scott-Levin in 2000 as a Director of Marketing and has been actively involved in Verispan's (Scott-Levin's) penetration of the patient longitudinal data market. Prior to joining Verispan, Ms. Alcott was a Product Manager for Pfizer, where she was responsible for several leading products within the Animal Health Division. This role included all consumer and professional marketing activities, business development, product development, and near- and long-term strategic planning. In addition, Ms. Alcott spent more than 14 years in direct field sales and leadership roles for divisions of J&J and Mallinckrodt, including many years as a Regional Sales Manager, directing sales and local marketing activities throughout the Northeast. Ms. Alcott holds a B.S. in biology from Cabrini College and has completed graduate/executive studies in marketing management at Columbia University and Purdue University.
[Top of Page] Jody Fisher Vice President, Patient Product Management Jody Fisher is Vice President, Patient Product Management. In his role, Mr. Fisher runs the Verispan longitudinal patient business. Mr. Fisher has worked with Verispan and its predecessor organizations for the past 10 years. In his current role he is responsible for outlining and executing the product strategy employing Verispan's longitudinal patient data assets. Mr. Fisher was the chief business architect of Verispan's Patient Parameters and Vector One® longitudinal data platforms. Mr. Fisher has written several articles detailing the appropriate use of patient-centric models, most recently in the Journal of Longitudinal Data and Product Management Today. Mr. Fisher has spoken at numerous conferences, including PBIRG, IIR and CBI - all with a focus on the increasing demand for best practices using patient-centric data. Prior to working for Verispan, Mr. Fisher worked as a consultant providing statistical litigation support for attorneys in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. Mr. Fisher graduated with his Bachelor's degree in statistics from Rutgers University and has completed postgraduate studies in market research methods at Temple University. [Top of Page]
David J. Magee Corporate Controller Dave Magee is the Corporate Controller for Verispan. In this role, Mr. Magee oversees the Finance, Accounting and Purchasing functions. He also manages external relationships with the company's auditors and all Treasury relationships for Verispan. Mr. Magee has been with Verispan since its inception in 2002. Prior to joining Verispan, he worked at BISYS Retirement Services as Director of Finance, where he had oversight of the Finance and Accounting functions. Prior to assuming that position in March 2000, Mr. Magee worked at Prudential Insurance Company for 10 years, with varying financial roles within the company, most recently as Director of Finance with the Mutual Fund and Annuity group. Mr. Magee graduated from LaSalle University with a BS in financial management. [Top of Page] Tracey M. Rothrock Vice President, Healthcare List and Healthcare & Contract Research Tracey Rothrock is Vice President, Healthcare List (HCL) and Healthcare & Contract Research (HCR/Profiles) product lines. She is responsible for the strategic vision and daily operations for both teams. Ms. Rothrock also provides direction for sales, marketing and product management oversight for both lines. In October, 2004, the HCL division launched Vector One®: Prescriber Extract (VOPEX), a deciling tool utilized by healthcare organizations to provide "instantaneous" prescriber counts and deliverables for marketing campaigns and promotions. Ms. Rothrock is also responsible for the AMA/AOA franchises as well as the Prescribing Data Restriction Program. She sits on the Healthcare Information Organization Task Force and Alliance, which facilitates cross-functional support with companies and the AMA to manage state legislative activities surrounding potential legislation to restrict data mining and the collection of prescribing information. In January 2007, Ms. Rothrock took on the additional responsibility of managing the HCR/Profiles Department. In the past 11 months, the team has launched VOPEX MX, which is a deciling tool based on procedures and diagnoses for hospital-affiliated physicians; and relaunched National Patient Profiles through InSite Next Generation, which delivers information in "real time" through a Web-based platform. Ms. Rothrock has been with Verispan for 8+ years. Her career started with Kelly/Waldron & Company as Product Manager and her role has continued to evolve over the years. Kelly Sborlini Vice President, Audits Product Management Kelly Sborlini is Vice President, Audits Product Management with Verispan. During her 8-year tenure, Ms. Sborlini has been involved with the marketing research audits in many roles, including launching new services, advancing mature services, and leading sales efforts on several studies and services. As patient data services have evolved at Verispan, Ms. Sborlini has been involved in the development and delivery of syndicated patient data services and prescriber-level services, including the Vector One®: National, Vector One®: Prescriber and Patient Parameters lines. Ms. Sborlini has presented to industry-wide audiences on topics including promotion of pharmaceutical products, journal advertising, and brand theme analysis. Prior to joining Verispan, Ms. Sborlini gained 6 years of experience in hospital and long-term care market planning and analysis, business and product development, database management, and medical publishing. Ms. Sborlini holds a BA in English from St. Joseph's University and an MBA in health administration from Temple University. [Top of Page] Paul Smith Vice President, Marketing Science Paul Smith is Vice President, Marketing Science for Verispan and oversees the development, implementation and integrity of all patient methods, projection methods and customized management science applications. Mr. Smith and his team have been implementing pioneering applications in longitudinal patient analysis for over 10 years. They were the first in the pharmaceutical industry to provide lifetime patient value, path of therapy, and projected indication-specific use regimens. Mr. Smith was the first to integrate longitudinal patient metrics into media weight test planning and advertising return-on-investment models. He has developed and provided longitudinal patient analysis services to virtually all the top 20 manufacturers. Mr. Smith has 28 years of consulting experience across a wide variety of industries. Some of his more significant early work includes the restructuring of AT&T long lines service offerings in 1986 and the development of pricing strategies and 10-year planning forecasts for the wireless phone industry. Mr. Smith has spent the last 14 years of his career concentrating on the pharmaceutical industry. He has developed several audits to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions for pharmaceutical sales and marketing and has given many talks at conferences and training seminars for AMA, APA, DMA and PMRG. He has also taught courses for private training companies and leading academic institutions. Mr. Smith graduated summa cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He holds a Master of Arts degree in experimental psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson as well.
